The SA Winter Cereal Industry Agency (SAWCIA) is an industry-driven non-profit entity established to advance the interests of the winter cereal industry in South Africa. SAWCIA provides essential administrative, financial, and governance support to role-players within the wheat, barley, and oats value chains. The Agency serves as a central hub for levy collection, project oversight, industry collaboration, and data-driven decision-making, ensuring alignment with national agricultural priorities.
